"Do not know the names but overall manager, she really made things happen in our favor. The fact that the hotel had a restaurant was very nice in that when it was raining we did not have to drive anywhere. Also great selection of food items. Front Desk and management went out of their way to make our second stay a very nice event. Found smaller, flatter pillows - advised us where to go to see Manatees, even gave me a map to their location. When we come back to this area I would not hesitate staying at this facility."
